The house is deeply cleaned and prepared by an external service For 2 week stays housekeeper will come at second week and at the end. - You shall find the place carefully prepared to welcome you. - Please give it back at the same state. Please keep always the garbage at the proper cans outside and the used dishes in the dishwasher to avoid insects. For reciprocal exchange we expect to find your place at the same standards and will take great care. The calendar is managed with 3 distinct periods: for our own use, for midterm rent ( >1 month) and for exchanges (one to 2 weeks). Calendar is update accordingly. Prerequisites - We need all visitons ID (law) before we schedule your welcome - We need your complete flights references - We may schedule a taxi shuttle to pick you up at the airport at your demand (25€) - we may make the garage free for you, please let us know if you plan to rent a car (place for one car) Cars May be rent 10 min away from the house during your stay. At check out please make it safe and easy to the cleaning staff : Garbage in the proper external pans, used dishes in the dishwasher. Used linen may be left in the rooms.

Secure and friendly environment. Warning: The island is volcanic with slopes. Our location is 200 m altitude (practicable for the majority); the house has two floors (stairs). No A/C. Villa at the edge of Funchal (urban’ trafic in front). Exchange 7 to 14 days exclusivelly for 4 adults maximum. Not suitable for children. No animals at any time (severe allergies) COVID vaccination pass for all guests, please. VERY CLEAN and TIDY and well equipped. We expect guests to have a caring attitude with our cherished family home. RESPECT OF CONDITIONS you agree by finalizing you shall respect all described conditions including to send all IDs as soon as we have agreed and paying the eventual cleaning fee if not reciprocal. All facilities : garage, city garden, lobby, WiFi, bbq. Easy transport, restaurants and shops Near seaside, the tourist area with excursions and activities covering the whole island. Connected to roadways at 500m Vue over a parc and Funchal hills. Terrace, rose garden, barbecue, pergolas, solarium, meals taken outside all year round, a space like a private club for watching TV, playing pool, playing piano, board games, etc. Just in front you have a tropical garden with cultural events and tennis court. At the long path that runs along the sea you have see sight, bars and restaurants. Swimming at the LIDO complex is a nice experience. IMPORTANT ! Deep cleaning by our housekeeper is a Sine qua non condition. Please respect our contraints and free the place to be cleaned. Madeira/Portugal law requires the HOST to declare all visitors to S.E.F. (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) all foreigners that stay in his address. Please send for ALL visitors the standard Schengen data asked below as soon as we have an agreement about the exchange. Ce que nous offrons: Jardin de l'Atlantique, Madère jouit d'un climat subtropical ensoleillé toute l'année. Il n'y a pas de plage de sable, la montagne et la mer se donnent rendez-vous et les criques-balnéaires sont fort pratiques. L'ambiance est secure et conviviale. Vous tomberez sous le charme vintage de cette villa spacieuse, avec des des ambiances diverses permettant à chacun de trouver son coin. Règles d'utilisation Nous ne pouvons bloquer les périodes d'échange au maximum trois mois avant et pas aux périodes de vacances scolaires. Nous souhaitons avoir des familles très soigneuses car la déco authentique n'est pas remplaçable. Aussi, certains équipements sont délicats, p ex le billard officiel dont le tapis doit être gardé en parfait état. Entre autres : WIFI, TV câblée large écran (2), piano électrique, playstation, jeux de société, barbecue, terrace-jardin, etc. Participation aux frais de fonctionnement à prévoir pour une semaine : 50€ pour le déplacement de la personne qui vous accueille. 70 € pour la préparation avant votre arrivée et remise en ordre après votre départ. Pour les plus longs séjours, vous devrez en outre prendre en chrarge les 35 €/ semaine pour la dame de ménage (payé directement sur place) qui changera les draps et serviettes et pourra vous rendre service. Les séjours au-delà de 2 semaines devront aussi couvrir les dépenses d'eau, gaz et électricité. En plus de la garantie Guesttoguest, on vous demande de laisser un dépôt en argent liquide (équivalent de 500 €) pour faire face rapidement à d'éventuels accidents. Cette somme vous sera rendue à la sortie après vérification de l'état des lieux.
